Buyosphere Group Coaching

A unique and collaborative shop training program designed to improve service advisor call conversion and close rates, ARO, GP and overall communication and leadership skills inside a group environment with service advisors and managers from different shops across the country. 


  • Weekly one hour group training sessions (limit of 6 trainees per session)
  • One secret shopper call made to each shop, recorded, analyzed, and shared with trainees
  • Evaluation of Best Practice example calls from shops across the country.
